BY CONSENT the following of the Claimant’s claims are dismissed upon withdrawal of those claims by the Claimant (with reference to the parties’ agreed list of issues):[1]her claims of direct discrimination because of marital status;[2]her claims of direct sex discrimination and harassment related to sex in respect of detriments D1, D2, D2a, D3, D4, D11, D12, D12a and D19;[3]her claims for direct age discrimination and harassment related to age, save for her claims in respect of detriments D2 and D19;[4]her indirect race and sex discrimination claim in respect of ‘PCP 1’ (she pursues ‘PCP 1’ in respect of indirect age discrimination);[5]her indirect age discrimination claim in respect of ‘PCP 2’ and ‘PCP 3’ (she pursues ‘PCP 2’ and ‘PCP 3’ in respect of indirect race / sex discrimination). All other claims continue.
