[1]By a letter dated 19 March 2023 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to contact the Tribunal by 3 April 2023 to say if she was still pursuing the claim. She had previously failed to reply to letters of 4 February 2023 and 1 December 2022. She was warned that a failure to contact the Tribunal would lead to the claim being struck out.[2]The Claimant has not contacted the Tribunal (by 3 April 2023, or at all). The claim is therefore struck out because it is not being actively pursued.
