Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The respondent having failed to file a response the claimants claims for unauthorised deduction from wages in respect of salary and holiday pay succeed. His claims for travel and subsistence allowances also succeed.[2]The remedy the claimant is entitled to receive will be determined at a Remedy Hearing at Watford Employment Tribunal, 51 Clarendon Road, Watford, Herts, on 21 November 2022 at 10am.
