JUDGMENT
[1]The Claimant’s complaint that she was unfairly dismissed in contravention of Sections 100(1)(c) and 103A of the Employment Rights Act 1996, is not well founded and is dismissed.[2]The Tribunal declares that the Respondent made an unlawful deduction from the Claimant’s wages in respect of 0.65 days accrued, but untaken, holiday as at the date of termination of her employment and Orders the Respondent to pay the sum of £67.71 to the Claimant in respect of that unlawful deduction. 19 January 2022
