JUDGMENT
No Response having been provided to the employer’s contract claim, pursuant to Rule 21 of the Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure, Schedule 1 of the Employment Tribunals (Constitution & Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013, Judgement is given for the respondent in respect of its claim against the claimant for breach of contract. Damages for the employer’s contract claim will be assessed at the commencement of the hearing listed between the parties on 17 January 2022. That part of the hearing will be a public hearing. In the absence of a successful application to set aside this Judgment, the claimant shall only be entitled to participate in that part of the hearing to the extent permitted by the Judge.
