[1]By a letter dated 07 August 2022 the Tribunal gave the claimant a further opportunity to comply with the orders of 2 July, and warned him that a failure to comply by 22 August might lead to the claim being struck out.[2]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing and has failed to ask for a hearing and has failed to respond at all. The claim is therefore struck out because it is not being actively pursued, and because the claimant has failed to comply with the orders of 2 July 2022 and 7 August 2022.
