JUDGMENT
[1]The Respondent has made unauthorised deductions from the Claimant’s pay and is ordered to pay him the sum of £3,807.00 gross.[2]The Respondent has failed to pay the Claimant in respect of accrued and untaken holiday and is ordered to pay him the sum of £2,664.00 gross.[3]The Respondent failed to give notice or pay in lieu and is ordered to compensate the Claimant in the sum of £432.00 gross. The above sums have been calculated without deduction of income tax or national insurance contributions. Payment of a sum net of those deductions, provided appropriate sums are paid to HMRC, will satisfy this Judgment.
