JUDGMENT

Made pursuant to the Employment Tribunal Rules of Procedure[1]On the application of the first respondent, the claim against the first respondent is struck out on the grounds that it has no reasonable prospects of success.[2]On the application of the second respondent, the claim against the second respondent is struck out on the grounds that it has no reasonable prospects of success.[3]Quadriga Worldwide Limited (in administration) of Devonshire House, 60 Goswell Road, London EC1M 7AD is added as a respondent in the proceedings on the application of the claimant.

REASONS

[1]The respondent company has been dissolved and the claimant has not successfully applied to have it restored to the Register of Companies.[2]On 27 May 2025 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to give written reasons why the claim should not be struck out as it had not been actively pursued. The claimant has failed to give an acceptable reason.[3]The claim is therefore struck out. Approved by
