The claim is struck out.REASONS
[1]The claimant failed to attend a Preliminary Hearing on 15 November 2024. The claimant further failed to comply with the case management order that he was to write to the Tribunal by 25 November 2024 providing an explanation for his non-attendance. The claimant was issued with a strike out warning on 24 January 2025 based on the claim not having been actively pursued. The claimant was to write to the Tribunal by 7 February 2025 to provide reasons as to why the claim should not be struck out or to request a hearing at which he could give those reasons. The claimant has not responded to that strike out warning.[2]The claim is therefore struck out on the grounds that is has not been actively pursued.[3]The Final Hearing fixed for September 2025 will not take place.
