JUDGMENT

[1]The Tribunal does not have jurisdiction to hear the Claimant’s claim for disability discrimination under the Equality Act 2010 in relation toa.

c. as set out in the CMO promulgated on 25 July 2023 as they were presented outside the time limits prescribed by statute and it was not just and equitable to extend for the Claimant to present the claims in time. As such, those disability discrimination claims are dismissed. Case Number: 3313811/2022 a. A failure to promote the Claimant to a band 6 in the period 2015 – December 2016. b. An instruction not to work the nightshift in November 2021. c. Bullying (threat to escort the Claimant from the prison estate if she did not complete an ACCT form) in or about July 2021.
