[1]The claimant has brought this claim as part of a multiple with case number 3313771/2023. The two cases are based on different facts and do not give rise to any common questions of law. In the claim form the claimant has failed to set out the specific grounds on which the claim is being made.[2]The claimant was ordered by the Tribunal on 15 August 2024 to provide details of impact statement and medical evidence and has failed to do so.[3]The claimant did not attend the preliminary hearing for case management and has not been in contact with the other parties in the proceedings.[4]I am satisfied that the claimant is not interested in pursuing this case any further and it is not being actively pursued.[5]Pursuant to rule 38 (1) (d) of the Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2024 the claim relating to Ms K Sheriff (case number 3313772/2023) is struck out. The claim relating to C Ioannou (case number 3313771/2023) continues.
