JUDGMENT
Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21 No response to the claim having been filed:[1]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant's wages by failing to apy wages for 1-19 december 2018 (2.6 weeks) and is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £ 1,200.[2]The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the respondent is ordered to pay damages to the claimant in the sum of £ 2,000 gross (of which £461.50 is one week’s statutory notice).[4]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £359.97. The basis of calculation is that she had worked 24 weeks before termination of employment, so was entitled pro rata to 12.9 days, of which she had taken 9 days, leaving 3.9 days at £92.30 per day outstanding on termination.
