The claim is struck out.REASONS
[1]By a letter dated 26 April 2024 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claim should not be struck out because the claimant had not complied with the Order of the Tribunal dated 7 November 2023 it has not been actively pursued.[2]The Tribunal has considered the claimant’s email dated 13 May 2024 requesting an extension of time for 15 May 2024. That date has now passed and there is no further correspondence has been received by the Tribunal. This email failed to make any sufficient representations, why this claim should not be struck out or to request a hearing. The claim is therefore struck out.[3]The hearing fixed for 14 to 21 February 2025 will not take place.
