The claim is struck out.REASONS
[1]By a letter dated 20 August 2021 the tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claim should not be struck out because he had not complied with the order of the tribunal dated 18 April 2021 and because it appeared that the claim had not been actively pursued.[2]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing as to why this should not be done or to request a hearing at which to make oral representations opposing the striking out of the claim. The claim is therefore struck out.[3]The hearing fixed for 24 September 2021 will not take place.
