[1]The claimant’s claim for compensation related to entitlement to leave (holiday pay) is successful, and the claimant is awarded £525.[2]The claimant’s claim for breach of contract in relation to notice pay is successful, and the claimant is awarded damages of £1,372.60.[3]The claimant’s claim for unauthorised deduction of wages is successful, and the claimant is awarded £1,669.24.[4]The figures at paragraphs 1 and 3 are gross figures. The respondent is responsible for paying the correct tax on those figures and then paying the balance to the claimant.
