JUDGMENT
[1]The Tribunal finds, in accordance with Part II of the Employment Rights Act 1996, that the claim for unlawful deduction of wages is well-founded. The Respondent unlawfully failed to pay the Claimant as follows:a. for all of the time he spent on annual leave (notably between 31 August and 5 September 2022) and failed to make a payment in lieu of accrued annual leave to the Claimant on the termination of his employment. The Tribunal awards the Claimant the gross sum of £2,184.b. for the time he spent on suspension, when he was entitled to full pay, notably between 3 – 19 August 2022 inclusive. The Tribunal awards the Claimant the gross sum of £1,622.40.
