[1]The claimant’s claims for unfair dismissal, breach of contract and unauthorised deduction from wages are successful. The respondent must pay the total sum of £ 4963.89 (gross) to the claimant within 14 days from the date of this Judgment.[2]The above sum is calculated as follows:a. The unfair dismissal award consists of a basic award of £726.89, a compensatory award of £2100 and a loss of statutory rights award of £325.b. Unpaid statutory sick pay of £99.35c. Unpaid accrued but untaken holiday entitlement of £905d. Unpaid statutory minimum notice in the sum of £484.59e. Failure to provide a written statement of initial employment particulars, £323.06[3]The claimant's claim for disability discrimination is unsuccessful and is dismissed.
