[1]By letters sent by email dated 6 June 2023 and 13 June 2023, the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to contact the Tribunal by 4pm on 13 June 2023 to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claim should not be struck out because the claimant had not complied with the Order of the Tribunal dated 14 April 2023.[2]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing and has failed to ask for a hearing. She has failed to respond to the Respondent’s strike out application, or the request for clarification of whether she was planning to attend the hearing. The claim is therefore struck out.[3]The hearing fixed for 14 June 2023 will not take place.
