[1]By a letter dated 28 March 2024 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to contact the Tribunal by 11 April 2024 to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claim should not be struck out because the manner in which the proceedings have been conducted by or on behalf of the claimant has been scandalous, unreasonable or vexatious; the claimant had not complied with the Order of the Tribunal dated 17 September 2023. it has not been actively pursued. of the reasons stated in the Respondent’s applications.[2]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing and has failed to ask for a hearing. The claim is therefore struck out.[3]The hearing fixed for April 2025 will not take place.
