JUDGMENT

The Claimant is awarded injury to feelings of £40,000.00 to include £10,000.00 for aggravated damages. Interest of £3,989.00 is also awarded making a total payable by the Respondent to the Claimant of £43,989.00.[2]The above judgment relates to a finding of harassment during the course of the Claimant’s employment and is not a finding relating to discrimination in respect of the termination of the employment.
