[1]By a letter dated 28 February 2024, the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to contact the Tribunal by 13 March 2024 (that is, 13 March of last year) to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claim should not be struck out because• the claimant had not complied with the Orders of the Tribunal dated 22 November 2023 and 19 January 2024.• it has not been actively pursued.[2]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing and has failed to ask for a hearing. The claim is therefore struck out.[3]The hearing fixed for 4 March 2024 had already been vacated. It will not be re-scheduled. Approved by:
