[1]The claim was presented in the Watford Employment Tribunal on 22 November 2023. The respondent has failed to present a valid response on time. The Employment Judge has decided that a determination can properly be made of part of the claim, in accordance with rule 22 of the Rules of Procedure.[2]The respondent has made unauthorised deductions from the claimant’s wages and must pay the claimant £5605 gross.[3]There will be a further case management preliminary hearing on 3 November 2025 at 2pm by CVP to discuss the claimant’s remaining claims and give directions.
