JUDGMENT
[1]The Claimant’s claim for outstanding holiday pay is conceded by the Respondents and the Respondents are Ordered to pay the sum of £336.[2]The Respondents accept there has been an unlawful deduction of wages in respect of the DBS Certificate and are Ordered to pay the sum of £56.[3]The Claimant’s signed contract clearly incorporates processes and procedures which entitle the Respondents to withhold sums of money in respect of training and uniform and therefore the Claimant has not suffered an unlawful deduction of wages.[4]The Claimant’s claim that the Respondents have failed to pay for one shift on 29 December 2018, in the sum of £50 is not well founded as there is no evidence of a timesheet having been completed on that day by the Claimant, which she is required to do in order to be paid.
