JUDGMENT
(1) The Claimant’s complaint of breach of contract in relation to 14 hours’ furlough pay is well-founded, and the Respondent is hereby ordered to pay to the Claimant damages in the sum of £122.08, subject to any deductions for tax and National Insurance required by law.(2) The Claimant’s complaint of failure to pay accrued and outstanding holiday pay at termination, in the amount of 23.73 hours, is well-founded, and the Respondent is hereby ordered to pay to the Claimant compensation in the sum of £206.92, subject to any deductions for tax and National Insurance required by law.
