[1]The claimant was employed by the 2nd respondent, Squiggles (Day Nursery) Ltd (in creditors’ voluntary winding up).[2]The claimant’s complaints of direct race discrimination are not well-founded.[3]The claimant’s complaints of harassment related to race are not wellfounded.[4]In any event, the complaints relating to 24 September 2018, 6 November 2018 and 22 November 2018 were not presented in time in accordance with section 123 Equality Act 2010, and it is not just and equitable to extend time. 3.
