[1]The breach of contract claim is struck out.[2]This does not affect the other complaints.REASONS
[1]By paragraph 7.1.6 of the orders made at the 23 July 2024 preliminary hearing, sent to parties on 3 September 2024, the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to contact the Tribunal by 6 August 2024 to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the breach of contract complaint should not be struck out because it has no reasonable prospect of success.[2]The reasons that it appeared to have no reasonable prospect of success are as stated in that document[3]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing and has failed to ask for a hearing. The claim is therefore struck out.[4]The final hearing will still take place, as previously notified, for the remainder of the complaints. Approved by:
