JUDGMENT
[1]The claim for redundancy pay was filed on 14 November 2023 and sent to the Respondent on 24 January 2024[2]The Respondent failed to provide a response and the Claimant was issued with a notice of hearing and directions on 26 July 2024. The Claimant did not respond to those directions by 07 August 2024 as directed. There has been no further correspondence from the Claimant.[3]The Claimant did not attend today’s hearing, efforts were made to contact them by email and telephone but there was no response.[4]Having considered all the information available to me I have decided to dismiss the claim for redundancy pay under Rule 47.
