JUDGMENT
[1]The name of the Respondent shall be amended to Adobe Estate Agents (Norwich) Limited.[2]The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the respondent is ordered to pay damages to the claimant in the sum of £342.60.[3]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £936.93.[4]For the avoidance of doubt, the total payable by the respondent to the claimant under the terms of this Judgment, without deduction, taxable in the hands of the claimant, is £1,279.53.
