[1]By a letter dated 9 August 2024, the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to contact the Tribunal by 16 August 2024 to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claim should not be struck out because the manner in which the proceedings have been conducted by or on behalf of the claimant has been scandalous, unreasonable or vexatious; the claimant had not complied with the Order of the Tribunal dated 15 May 2024. it has not been actively pursued. of the reasons stated by the Respondent in its emails of 6 August 2024[2]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing and has failed to ask for a hearing, even though a letter dated 20 August 2024 gave him until 30 August to respond.[3]The claim is therefore struck out.
