[1]By a letter dated 9 August 2024, the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to contact the Tribunal by 16 August 2024 to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claim should not be struck out because  the manner in which the proceedings have been conducted by or on behalf of the claimant has been scandalous, unreasonable or vexatious;  the claimant had not complied with the Order of the Tribunal dated 15 May 2024.  it has not been actively pursued.  of the reasons stated by the Respondent in its emails of 6 August 2024[2]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing and has failed to ask for a hearing, even though a letter dated 20 August 2024 gave him until 30 August to respond.[3]The claim is therefore struck out.
