JUDGMENT
[1]The Respondent’s application under Rule 38(a) for an order striking out the following allegations in the document entitled “Grounds of Claim in April 2025” (April 2025 GoC) as a protected disclosure because the Claimant has no reasonable prospect of showing that they were, or formed part of, a protected disclosure is granted to the following extent:a. Protected Disclosure #2 – words “things went too far and had to stop” (April 2025 GoC, para. 25) struck outb.
