Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant's wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £3173.12. (5.5 x £576.93 per week)[2]The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the respondent is ordered to pay damages to the claimant in the sum of £ 1707.56 (4 weeks at £426.89 net per week).[3]The claimant was dismissed by reason of redundancy and is entitled to a redundancy payment of £1088 (2 weeks pay at the maximum £544; actual gross pay being £576.93 per week)[4]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay the claimant the griss sum of £1788. (Where gross sums are specified, the judgment will be satisfied if the Respondent pays the net sum, after any PAYE deductions, but only provided the Respondent accounts for such deductions to HMRC. Otherwise, the Respondent must pay the gross amounts to the Claimant and the Claimant must account to HMRC).
