Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The respondent made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant's wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £352.50 being a total of £164.50 unpaid wages and £188.00 unpaid overtime.[2]The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant damages for breach of contract in respect of failure to reimburse expenses in the sum of £60.48[3]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £773.15.
