JUDGMENT
The judgment of the Tribunal is that the complaint of unfair dismissal is struck out as the claimant did not have at least two years’ employment with the respondent. [1]By a letter dated 27 July 2023 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to contact the Tribunal by 3 August 2023 to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claim should not be struck out because• the claimant had not complied with the Order of the Tribunal dated 3 May 2023.• it has not been actively pursued.[2]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing and has failed to ask for a hearing. This follows on from her failure to attend the hearing on 3 May 2023, and the failure to comply with earlier orders.[3]The claim is therefore struck out.[4]The hearing scheduled for 13 September 2023 will not take place.
