[1]The Claimant’s claims for wrongful dismissal, notice pay and unlawful deductions from wages are not well founded and are dismissed.[2]The Claimant’s claim for holiday pay is well founded and the respondent is ordered to pay the gross sum of £63.46 to the Claimant.[3]The Respondent’s contract claim against the Claimant is allowed and the Claimant is ordered to pay the Respondent the sum of £355.16.[4]The net amount due from the Claimant to the Respondent (taking account of paragraphs 2 and 3 above) is £291.70.
