JUDGMENT
[1]Parties having agreed terms of settlement with the assistance of ACAS, these proceedings are stayed until 7th July 2023, to enable the parties to comply with those terms of settlement.[2]On 7th July 2023, the Mr Cook’s claims will be dismissed upon withdrawal, unless Mr Cook has written to the Tribunal indicating he wishes these proceedings to continue.[3]If the Respondent fails to comply with the terms of settlement, it is essential that Mr Cook writes to the Tribunal before 7th July 2023 – the effect of paragraph 2 of this Judgment means these proceedings will be automatically struck out, without the need for any further order or application, if the Tribunal has no further contact from the Claimant prior to that date.
