JUDGMENT

[1]The claimant’s claim for unauthorised deduction of wages and/or breach of contract is successful. The respondent must pay the total sum of £3533.70 to the claimant on or before 23 March 2023.

[2]The above sum is calculated by reference to:a. Unpaid wages in the sum of £2032.80;

b. Payment in respect of accrued but untaken holiday entitlement in the sum of £1325.44; and

c. Underpayment of statutory notice period of £175.46.

[3]The claimant’s claim for sex discrimination contrary to the Equality Act 2010 is dismissed upon withdrawal by the claimant.
