JUDGMENT
It is the unanimous Judgment of the Employment Tribunal that:[1]The Claimant’s complaints that he was :-(1) the victim of unlawful discrimination on the ground of disability, contrary to s.15 of the Equality Act 2010;(2) automatically unfairly dismissed, contrary to s.100(1)(d) of the Employment Rights Act 1996; and(3) wrongfully dismissed; are not well founded and those complaints are dismissed.[2]The Respondent failed to provide the Claimant with a written statement of particulars of employment as is required by s.1 of the Employment Rights Act 1996, but as no other claim under that Act succeeds, no compensation is awarded in respect of that matter. 15 September 2023
