REASONS

[1]By letter dated 1 March 2024 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to contact the Tribunal by 12 April 2024 to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claim should not be struck out because  it has not been actively pursued.  it is no longer possible to have a fair hearing of the claim (for the reasons stated in the letter)[2]This warning followed previous correspondence sent by the Respondent, and the Tribunal’s letter of 16 November 2023. The claimant has failed to reply to the 1 March letter (or the 16 November letter) and failed to contact the Respondent or the Tribunal. The claim is struck out.[4]The hearing due to commence on 16 December 2024 will not take place.
