JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant resigned. There was no breach of contract on the part of the respondent, she was not dismissed and the claim for constructive unfair dismissal fails.[2]The claimant was subjected to harassment related to her sex and her claim under s26 Equality Act 2010 succeeds.[3]The claimant is entitled to the sum of £7660 as damages for loss of wages. Interest at 8% from the mid-point is added in the sum of £726.45.[4]The claimant is also awarded the sum of £5000 for injury to feelings. Interest at 8% from the date of the harassment is added in the sum of £948.30.[5]The total sum due to the claimant under all heads above, including interest is £14,334.75.
