JUDGMENT

[1]Each claim is struck out because it has no reasonable prospects of success.[2]The Respondent’s application for strike out because the manner in which the proceedings have been conducted by or on behalf of the claimants has been scandalous, unreasonable or vexatious is refused.[3]The First Claimant, John Neckles, is ordered to pay £910.50 to the Respondent for legal costs.[4]The Second Claimant, PTSC Union, is ordered to pay £910.50 to the Respondent for legal costs.[5]Reasons for the judgment were given orally at the hearing, and written reasons were requested.
