[1]The claim for unfair dismissal is not well-founded and is dismissed.[2]The claim for wrongful dismissal is not well-founded and is dismissed.[3]The Respondent has failed to pay the Claimant accrued holiday pay in breach of the Working Time Regulations 1998 and is ordered to pay the Claimant the gross sum of £1,672.[4]The Respondent has failed to provide particulars of employment as required by section 1 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 and is ordered to pay the Claimant compensation of £4,180 (gross) pursuant to section 38 of the Employment Act 2002.
