JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant’s claim of unfair dismissal is dismissed.[2]This is because at the time the claim form was presented to the Tribunal on 15 March 2019, the claimant had not been dismissed by the respondent and in accordance with Rule 12(1)(a) of the Employment Tribunal’s Rules of Procedure, the claim should be rejected because the Tribunal has no jurisdiction to hear this claim.[3]The claimant’s remaining claim of disability discrimination is unaffected by this judgment and remains to be determined.
