JUDGMENT
Prior to the hearing the respondent had conceded the majority of the claimant’s claims and they adduced no evidence. The claimant gave evidence on those matters which were disputed and the respondent made submissions. A document submitted on 16 March 2023 by the claimant intimated a claim for ‘automatically unfair redundancy’ which appeared to amount to an unparticularised claim for victimisation. No permission having been given to amend the claim in this way it was not a live claim and did not fall to be determined. The decision of the Employment Judge is:[1]The claimant’s claim for unlawful deduction from wages is well founded.
