JUDGMENT
[1]The claims against Secretary of State for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy are all struck out.[2]This judgment does not affect any claims against any other respondent.REASONS
[1]By a letter dated 17 July 2023 the Tribunal gave the claimants an opportunity to contact the Tribunal by 7 August 2023 to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claim against the Secretary of State should not be struck out because it has no reasonable prospect of success.[2]By letter dated 9 August 2023, the Claimants’ representative confirmed that there were no objections to the proposed strike out. The claim is therefore struck out.[3]Case management orders in relation to the claims against other respondents will be sent separately.
