BY CONSENT (Rule 64 of the Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure) UPON the trial of the Claimant’s claim for breach of contract AND UPON the tribunal making preliminary findings IT IS ORDERED (BY CONSENT):(1) The Respondent shall pay the Claimant the sum of £14,500.(2) That sum shall be paid in three instalments as follows:a. A sum of £4,900 on or before the 15th September 2020b. A further sum of £4,800 on or before the 15th October 2020c. A further sum of £4,800 on or before the 15th November 2020.(3) There is no order for costs.
