JUDGMENT
[1]Miss Bradley’s complaint of breach of contract succeeds. Maria White Limited must pay Miss Bradley the sum of £805.92 in respect of outstanding notice pay due for the period 27 February to 20 March 2021.[2]This amount is the net sum due, and it must be paid to Miss Bradley in full.[3]The gross sum due was £1,044.00. Maria White Limited has already paid to HMRC the sum of £208.80 in respect of tax due on the outstanding notice pay, and the sum of £29.28 in respect of employee national insurance payments due on the outstanding notice pay.
