JUDGMENT

[1]By consent the Respondent will pay and the Claimant will accept the sum of £900.81 in respect of his claims for unpaid car allowance, health insurance and employer pension contributions. The Claimant is responsible for the payment of tax or national insurance.[2]The complaint of breach of contract in relation to 7 days’ notice pay is well-founded and the Respondent shall pay the Claimant the sum of £2,791.45 as damages for breach of contract. This is based on gross pay and the Claimant may have to pay tax on it as Post Employment Notice Pay.[3]The total sum the Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant is £3,692.26
