JUDGMENT
[1]The respondent has made unauthorised deductions from the claimant’s wages contrary to S13 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 in respect of salary and work boots.[2]The respondent has breached the claimant’s contract of employment by failing to provide payment for her one-week contractual notice period and payment in respect of accrued but untaken holiday pay..[3]The respondent must pay the agreed gross sum of £1091.49, less such tax and national insurance deductions the respondent is obliged to deduct by law, to the claimant within 14 days from the date of this Judgment.
