Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The Claimant was a worker engaged to work for Supremframes Services Ltd (company number 14634920; registered office Flat 3, 93 Harrowdene Road, Wembley, England HA0 2JH).[2]The company was known to the Claimant as “Supreme Frames Series Ltd”, and failed to supply the Claimant with correct name information. I am satisfied that the company has been properly served, and I amend the Respondent’s name to that shown above.[3]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant's wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £1650 (being 11 days @ £150 per day gross).
