JUDGMENT

During the course of the hearing, the following complaints were unequivocally withdrawn by the claimant’s representative on behalf of the claimant.  Any complaint that absence of a self-defence policy amounted to a contravention of the Equality Act 2010  Any complaint that the wording of the Code of Conduct amounted to a contravention of the Equality Act 2010 Those complaints are dismissed following a withdrawal by the claimant. This judgment does not prevent the claimant referring to the absence of a self- defence policy or to the wording of the Code of Conduct as background information, provided it is relevant to the remaining complaints.
